Another large part of our practice is consular processing. We represent clients in obtaining nonimmigrant and immigrant visas in U.S. consulates throughout the world. Scott Bratton, an attorney with our office, travels to Vancouver, Canada and Nogales, Mexico for all types of nonimmigrant visas. Our services include scheduling the appointment, assisting in preparation for the interview and attending the interview. Since Nogales accepts only visa renewals, most of our trips are to Vancouver. Visas are generally issued the same day as the interview.
